Business 101 - your service or product exists to solve a problem that people have, and they pay you (or your competitors) for the solution you provide.
Seems obvious, but you’d be surprised at how many people come up with their solution first and then go to try and find the problem afterwards. All too often, these solutions don’t work the way they intended, or they don’t generate the income or impact they thought, and they ultimately fail (sometimes at great cost).
