We have 3 Associate types:
- FREELANCE ASSOCIATE: Freelancers we contact as and when projects are active and we need specific skills bringing in. We agree a day rate for a number of days and measurable outputs. To be notified of these opportunities, register your interest in being a Freelance Associate with us.
- COMMUNITY ASSOCIATE: Individuals interested in connecting with others involved in service design, UX, UI, EX and/or CX, as well as exploring social innovation projects. Our Community Associates are part of a network that will both fulfil Solvers Studio project work when it comes online (and will get 'first option' on any work available), as well as bid for work together as a community. They have access to a dedicated online space and also receive invites to exclusive social events/meetups where folks can share practice and develop their networks. Our Community Associate package will be available soon. All registered Freelance Associates will be notified directly, and you can also keep an eye on our social media channels for more information once released.
- MEMBER ASSOCIATE: Our Member Associates are people who want to be a part of the Solvers team but retain their independence, helping both the agency and the Associate to grow together. We assess these opportunities on a case-by-case basis to ensure there's suitable opportunities to create a mutually beneficial partnership.
